Customer Complaints Management Policy
Al-Shwaheen Law Firm and Arbitration is keen to receive and deal with customer complaints and comments seriously and with complete impartiality, as it is an essential means to improve the quality of services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Complaints can be submitted through the dedicated electronic form on the website or via the office's official communication channels.
The office commits to the following:

Complaints are recorded immediately upon receipt and handled with complete confidentiality.

Sending notification of receipt of the complaint within a period not exceeding 48 working hours.

Studying the complaint and taking the necessary actions to address it.

Informing the customer of the outcome of the treatment within a reasonable timeframe.

The complainant did not suffer any harm as a result of filing the complaint.

The results of complaints are used to continuously improve procedures and services.
